Agriserve Agro operates a dedicated veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Lusaka, Zambia. The facility is designed and operated in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and is licensed by the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA).
By manufacturing locally, we control the entire value chain — from raw material sourcing and formulation to filling, labelling, quality testing, and distribution. This gives us the ability to respond quickly to market demand, maintain consistent product quality, and offer competitive pricing.

Automated and semi-automated filling lines ensure accurate dosing. Flexible packaging from 20ml sachets to 200-litre drums.

Every batch undergoes rigorous quality testing — active ingredient assay, physical properties, stability, and microbiological analysis.
Batch Release
Products are released only after passing all quality specifications. Full batch documentation maintained for traceability.
Distribution
Finished products distributed through our branch network and distribution partners, with cold chain management where required.

All Alpha Range products are registered with the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA), the national body responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of medicines and veterinary products in Zambia.
